What is Headaches?
A headache is one of the most basic forms of pain in the body. It is a pain in any part of the head or neck. Usual headaches can actually affect both relationships and employment.There is also a huge risk of depression in those people who are suffering from severe headaches. Not all of the headaches needs an attention of physicians.
Different Kinds of Headaches

- Ear infection, particularly the middle ear
- Encephalitis, which is a brain inflammation
- Giant cell arteritis, which is an inflammation of the lining of the arteries
- Glaucoma
- Hangovers
- Influenza or flu
- Intracranial hematoma, which is blood vessels that rupture in the brain
- Medications to treat other health issues
- Meningitis

- Overuse of painkillers
- Panic attacks and panic disorders

- Pressure from tight-fitting headgear just like helmet or goggles
- Pseudotumor cerebri which is the increased pressure in the skull

- Trigeminal neuralgia which is the disruption of the nerve connecting the face and brain
How to treat Tension Headaches?
2. Taking a hot bath or shower in order to relax tense muscles.
3. Improving your posture.
4. Applying a heating pad or ice pack to your head for at least 5 to 10 minutes several times a day.
5. Seek a help from your doctor. Tests used to check for other conditions may include:
CT Scan, which is an imaging test that uses X-rays in order to take pictures of your internal organs.
MRI, which is an imaging test that uses magnetic fields in order to examine your soft tissues.
6. Taking usual computer breaks in order to prevent the strain on the eyes.
7. Biofeedback, which is a relaxation method that teaches you on how to manage pain and stress.
