10 Negative Side Effects of Taking Birth Control Pills That You Should Know!

     Birth control pills are a type of female hormonal birth control method very effective at preventing you from getting pregnant. The pills are small tablets that you swallow each day. When used perfectly, the pill is 99% effective. But when it comes to real life, the pill is about 91% effective because it can be hard to perfect. So in reality, 9 out of 100 pill users are getting pregnant each year.





     However, there are several negative side effects brought by birth control pills and most women aren't aware of these.

1. Yeast Infection

     The risk of getting a yeast infection is doubled or sometimes triples because of a sudden disruption of the balance of hormones in your body.

The additional estrogen in the body can upset your stomach and can cause nausea in the first quarter of taking this pills.
